Modern / Rustic Conference Room

A refined collaboration space designed for both in-person meetings and virtual presentations, our conference room blends modern polish with rustic charm. The space features hand-laid thin brick walls, natural white oak acoustic paneling on the ceiling, and a full perimeter of custom solid white oak cabinetry with shaker-style fronts. All drawers and doors are equipped with premium Blum soft-close hinges and glides for a silent, seamless user experience.

Integrated Conference Cabinetry

We designed and built an entire wall of functional cabinetry featuring built-in drawers and adjustable storage concealed behind traditional shaker doors. The cabinetry is topped with Natural Concrete Corian countertops, chosen for their clean appearance and durability. One end includes a full waterfall leg, and we integrated passthroughs and concealed outlets for powering computers, conference equipment, and other tech accessories.

Custom Conference Table with Acrylic Legs

The conference table was handcrafted in-house using 2” thick solid white oak for the top and 2” thick polished clear acrylic for the legs. Each leg features a precision diamond bevel to refract light and create subtle visual interest—bringing a sculptural quality to a functional workspace. This piece exemplifies our ability to blend natural wood with modern materials for timeless results.

Interior Design by Miremont Millwork

This entire space was designed by Blake Miremont and the Miremont Millwork team. From the architectural millwork to the furniture selection and art sourcing, every detail reflects our full-service design capabilities. The chairs were sourced from Arhaus for their comfort and minimalist design, while the woven rug is from RH. A large-scale photographic landscape print, float-mounted and framed, anchors the room as a focal point—offering a sense of scale and grounding the space.
