Engineered Work Tables and Carts Built for Industrial Environments

This internal build was all about function. We designed and fabricated a series of ultra-durable shop carts and tables to withstand daily wear in a production environment. Built entirely in-house, these units feature CNC-machined interlocking Baltic birch plywood cores, painted white for a clean, uniform finish, and topped with Formica-clad surfaces and impact protection detailing.

Rugged Function Meets Clean Design

Each worktable was engineered for maximum strength and rigidity, with removable White Formica-clad MDF tops for future re-cladding or surface upgrades. The structural cores were cut from Baltic birch plywood, assembled with a locking tab system, and painted white to reflect light, maintain a bright working environment, and resist visual wear.

To protect exposed edges, we thermoformed polycarbonate bumpers that were bonded around the perimeter of each top. Underneath the bumpers, we applied high-visibility caution tape for added visual awareness and edge protection in active areas.

Mobility + Stability Built In

All units include:

  • Heavy-duty locking casters for shop mobility

  • Leveling feet to maintain surface accuracy on uneven floors

  • Open bases and recessed supports for ease of movement and optimized layout flow

  • These carts and tables are built to handle years of daily use, whether for fabrication, packaging, assembly, or finish work.
