The Drawing Room

A Unique Experience for Our Clients

Part of our in-house showroom, The Drawing Room was fully designed, fabricated, and outfitted by Miremont Millwork to showcase the full scope of our capabilities. Available by appointment, this space invites clients to experience our design philosophy, craftsmanship, and material expertise firsthand.

Cabinetry & Millwork

The built-in cabinetry system anchors the room with a combination of floating cabinets, integrated drawer banks, and LED-lit bookcases. All units are constructed from Baltic birch plywood and clad in Wilsonart’s Fairchild veneer for a warm, natural grain texture with a modern edge. Every cabinet and shelf includes soft-close Blum hardware and integrated color-changing LED lighting. The floating vanity wall supports a Corian-wrapped, lit mirror, while the main focal wall integrates drawer storage with shelving and dedicated spirits cabinets.

Design + Material Highlights

Natural thin brick walls and a black-painted acoustic slat ceiling define the architecture of the space. Carbon Concrete Corian countertops were fabricated in-house and wrapped seamlessly around cabinetry and mirror structures. Every detail—down to the reveal lines and joinery—was designed for precision and visual impact.

Lighting + Fixtures + Furnishings

Lighting is driven entirely by Philips Hue color-changing LED strips, concealed behind cabinetry and shelves to cast subtle ambient glows. Fixtures include matte black accents from Buster + Punch, lending a modern industrial edge. The room is furnished with sculptural Arhaus club chairs and RH wool rugs, layered to create a moody, high-end lounge experience.

Custom Fabrication + Art Integration

A large-format fine art print is float-framed and protected with TruVue Optium Museum Acrylic, showcasing our in-house capabilities for conservation-grade art cases and displays. On either side, clear acrylic wine racks act as both partition elements and sculptural light fixtures. Every surface and fixture was fabricated in our Petaluma facility by the Miremont Millwork team.

The Drawing Room demonstrates our ability to take a project from concept to completion, offering everything from cabinet design to full-service interior design, including sourcing furniture, lighting, decor, and artwork. This space stands as a working model of what we can create for residential or commercial clients who want a fully custom, premium experience.
